Carefully assembled by hand, the adjustable handles are made of solid brass castings with rosewood inserts. Each handle is sanded, polished, and buffed to a high luster. The blades are made of 17 ga. chrome vanadium steel which are ground, polished and honed to a fine edge. Available in two popular sizes.
