ASI SI Series Cyanoacrylate Adhesives
|
Surface insensitive instant adhesives are used in applications that require exceptionally fast cure speeds, difficult to bond surfaces, and acidic surfaces. Wood, PVC, substrates that contain plasticizers, certain types of EPDM, etc. Excellent for almost all surfaces.
SI 5 is a versatile adhesive offering good climatic, thermal and impact resistance. It’s elasticity makes it ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. Handling strength in 5 to 8seconds. SI 5 has a viscosity of 5 cps and is capable of filling gaps up to. 028.
SI 120 has a viscosity of 120 cps and is capable of filling gaps up to. 006. Handling strength in 8 to 10 seconds.
SI 2000 is a 2000 cps viscosity adhesive for quick bonding of dissimilar materials. Handling strength in 15 to 20 seconds and gap filling to 0.009".
SI Gel is a thixotropic material capable of gap filling to 0.010" thick. Handling strength of 20 seconds.
