Adolf's Cope and Drag Alignment Prints & Duratech Coreboxes

The newest cope and drag alignment system developed by Adolf's pattern shop utilizes injection molded ABS plastic coreprints and no-bake cores to provide precise registration between large cope and drag molds.
Use by mounting two core prints on the cope board and two directly opposing core prints to the drag board. Using the Duratech Corebox, make two no-bake cores. Demold the cope and drag molds, place the two no-bake cores into the two drag coreprints and close the cope. Perfect cope and drag alignment will result.
Available in three core print sizes as well as multi-cavity core boxes. Two core prints are needed for each alignment core set up.

2.5" Diameter with 10° Taper
3.5" Diameter with 10° Taper
2.5" Diameter with 15° Taper
