Airtech Pressure Strip
Pressure Strip is an uncured synthetic rubber designed to be placed in corners where pressure is difficult to apply with only a vacuum bag. Pressure Strip will cure on a 250°F (120°C) or a 350°F (176°C) layup in an autoclave or oven. Maximum use temperature is 450°F (230°C). Pressure Strip is used as an expendable item and discarded after each cure. Pressure Strip is applied on top of the release film in the corner of the layup prior to vacuum bagging.
