Airtech Vac Valves & Hoses

Complete line of hardware items necessary to perform the vacuum bagging process.
Vacuum Hoses:
Airflow 65R is an all purpose vacuum hose that may be used for both room temperature and autoclave applications. This hose is constructed with a flexible steel tube surrounded with an outer ply of silicone rubber. This green colored hose has ¼” male NPT fittings at both ends, a 3/8” I.D. hose diameter, temperature resistance to 450°F, and is suitable for autoclave pressures to a maximum of 120 psi.
Airflow 100R is a durable high temperature and high pressure autoclave vacuum hose. This product is constructed using a PTFE inner tube, supported with a flexible steel spring conduit, a braided steel covering, and finally covered with a silicone rubber outer layer. This hose has ¼” male NPT fittings at both ends, a 3/8” I.D. hose diameter, temperature resistance to 500°F, and is suitable for autoclave pressures to a maximum of 300 psi.
Econoflow 59R is an inexpensive vacuum hose that may be used for room temperature or low temperature oven applications. This translucent white colored hose has ¼” male NPT fittings at both ends, a 3/8” I.D. hose diameter, temperature resistance to 275°F.
Vacuum Valves:
Vac Valve 399 is an economical machined aluminum valve that is inserted through the vacuum bag. Comes complete with a base plate for under the bag, a silicone seal to prevent vacuum leaks, and a pressure plate to connect to the vacuum hose by a simple twist. Temperature resistance to 500°F with ¼” male NPT connection.
Vac Valve 401C is made from cast aluminum and comes complete with a base plate for under the bag, a silicone seal to prevent vacuum leaks, and a pressure plate to connect to the vacuum hose by a simple twist. Temperature resistance to 500°F, suitable for autoclave use to 200 psi, and has a ¼” male NPT connection.
Vac Valve 402A is made from aluminum and comes complete with a base plate for under the bag, a silicone seal to prevent vacuum leaks, a pressure plate, and threaded locking ring. The threaded connection can be tightened to apply controlled force to the pressure plate for a secure seal. Temperature resistance to 500°F and has a ¼” male NPT connection.
Vac Valve 402A Seal is a replacement silicone seal for the Vac Valve 402A. Temperature resistance to 500°F.
Vac Valve 406TF is made with a threaded stainless steel base with raised area for additional sealing, silicone seal, and aluminum pressure plate. Temperature resistance to 500°F and this unit has a ¼” male NPT connection.
Vac Gauge 30 is a durable yet inexpensive vacuum gauge used to determine the vacuum pressure under the bagging film. This gauge is protected with a rubber jacket, has a 0 to -30” Hg dial face, and has a ¼” male NPT threads.
Vac Reg is an adjustable vacuum regulator, designed to control the amount of vacuum delivered to your part. Helpful for parts that have cores, to prevent core deformation under higher pressures. Uses standard ¼” NPT fittings, and is adjustable from -5 to -30” Hg.
AQD-500 is a quick disconnect that is useable to 500°F. This product has two way shut-off fittings permitting the vacuum pump to be disconnected without loss of vacuum to the part. ¼” NPT threads.
Airvac 22 is a venturi block with self contained silencer that converts shop air to vacuum without the use of a vacuum pump. This product will draw up to 25.5” Hg, and has 1/8” female and ¼” male NPT.
