Carbide-Tipped Router Bits
|
Many pattern shops find that, although Carbide Tipped Router Bits are more expensive than the standard high speed steel bits, their faster cutting capabilities and longer wear life more than make up for the cost difference.
Our Carbide Tipped Router Bits feature - high hook angles, large gullets, high tungsten alloy steel shank and complete radial relief on the carbide and on the high chrome. The radial relief improves cutting efficiency and strength of the bit. Up to 20 regrinds are possible on these bits. All bits are warranted against braze failure under normal applications.
