These Knife sets are all-purpose and professional-quality.
7-Piece Set Includes:
* Six, 5/16" tang blades made of Swedish tungsten
alloy tool steel that can be resharpened.
* A 41/4" black walnut handle with 3-way solid brass
jaws to securely hold the two tang sizes of blades.
20-Piece Set Includes:
* Two 4 1/4" black walnut handles, each with three-way solid brass jaws to securely hold both tang sizes of blades and the drill rod-type gouges.
* Nine blades made of Swedish tungsten-alloy tool steel for resiliency, hardened and ground to retain razor-sharp edges. These blades can be re-sharpened.
* Four gouges and two chisels that are made of drill rod, high carbon tungsten-alloy tool steel. They are custom forged and hand ground to maintain true cutting edges.
* A 1" x 3" x 1/2" Arkansas sharpening stone.
* A divided redwood box with clear plastic blade sleeves for proper tool storage.
