RenCast 2000 Ultra High-Temp Epoxy Casting System for Prototype Molds
|
RenCast 2000 is a highly developed casting system for creating tools which require an elevated operating temperature. This is an excellent alternative to machined injection molds for prototype applications. It may be polished to a metal-like finish. This material offers a 408°F heat resistance. Because this material is highly filled with aluminum, the use of a M-61-A Kol Mixer and a Gas Vac II Industrial Vacuum Degassing Unit is absolutely mandatory to obtain acceptable results.
