RenCast 6444 Wear-Resistant Foundry Urethane
|
Formerly RP 6444. A semi-rigid, amber-colored, elastomer for use where wear-resistance is required such as foundry patterns and core boxes. Features low viscosity and good working life allowing for ease of handling and release of entrapped air. 2” maximum thickness.
RenCast 178-88 is the Red version of RenCast 6444 and uses the RenCast 178-88 resin with the Ren 6444 hardener.
NOTE: Freeman 1060 may be thickened to use as a surface coat using RenCast 6400-1 Resin as a third component. Please consult Freeman technical services for usage instructions.
RenCast 6444/Ren 178-87 (black version) has been DISCONTINUED. The substitute for this material is Freeman 1060 Black.
