Repro Ultra Light Fast-Cast Urethane 
|
A unique castable urethane, Repro Ultra-Light is a very low-density, syntactic polyurethane casting resin designed for weight critical applications and easy machinability. This light tan formulation may be worked with hand tools or CNC machining equipment when cured. A long work time allows for large, accurate castings.
Like Repro Light, this material offers a low internal porosity, which produces excellent machined surface finish. Repro Ultra Light is also an excellent choice to use as a hardness-matched adhesive for low density tooling boards and urethane foam boards.
Special Note: Since Repro Ultra Light uses a lightweight filler, the material towards the top of the can may harden during shipment. This is normal and will mix easily with the liquid underneath when properly agitated.
