V-205 Silicone Electronic Coating
|
Bluestar V-205, formerly Rhodia/Rhodorsil V-205, is a one component addition cure silicone rubber compound. This opaque black product is formulated to provide a protective coating for light sensitive transistors and integrated circuits. Features include primerless adhesion to inorganic substrates.
Cure Schedule:
Thick Sections (25-50 ml) 2 hours at 230°F
Thin Sections (less than 20 ml) 15-60 min. at 300°F
Product must be refrigerated when not in use.
