........New Products........

Partall Paste #2  - general purpose hard paste wax that is an effective release for urethanes, epoxies, and polyester resin systems.  It is a silicone-free blend of waxes which allows for easy post-finishing of parts.

Partall Hi-Temp Wax - a blend of waxes and non-stick substance in a hard paste form for release applications where the resin cures or catalyzes at higher temperatures (150F - 350°F).  It is silicone-free so post-finishing of the desired part is not difficult.

Synair Por-A-Mold 2070 – an economical 70 shore A hardness urethane.  Applications include foundry patterns, core boxes, and nonabrasive fixture constructions, as well as a variety of wear resistant applications.  Features a 1:1 mix ratio by volume.

Synair Por-A-Mold S 333 – an economical 35 shore A hardness urethane.  Applications for this product include architectural and sculpture reproductions, taxidermy, and flexible prototypes. Features a 1:1 mix ratio by volume.

Synair Por-A-Mold S 111 – an economical 20 shore A hardness urethane.  Applications include architectural and sculptural reproductions, taxidermy, and flexible prototype applications. Features a 1:1 mix ratio by volume.

Vantico RP 4040 – a one component “clay-like” compound which is used in conjunction with an aluminum honeycomb substructure to create “low cost composite tooling” (LCTC).  Packaged in foil pouches where the “clay-like” material is a “patty” approximately 1.25” x 6” x 8.5”.

Ren Shape 5025 & 5030 - These low density styling boards are available in sizes up to nearly 8" thick. They can be machined quickly and even worked with hand tools.

Vantico RP 8100 & RP 8110 - These new laminating systems offer improved temperature performance with only a room cure when using the medium hardeners. Both systems offer excellent cure strength, low viscosity, and high wet-out. The RP 8100 is a clear, unfilled system and the RP 8110 is a white laminating system.

MDF - Medium Density Fiberboard - This low cost alternative machinable media has made its way to Freeman's shelves in 2" and 4" boards. This material is ideal for master patterns, models and prototypes. If offers smooth machining capabilities and low tool wear due to its uniform density.

Scotch-Brite Roloc Discs - As our 3M line expands, we bring into our inventory the Scotch-Brite Roloc Discs. These discs are ideal for removing grind marks, rust and coatings while offering a burr-free finish. They are available in 1 1/2", 2" and 3" diameters and coarse, medium and very fine grits.
