In
July, Freeman completed its first major web server upgrade
in three years. This will fix many of the brief, random
performance issues that our website has been experiencing
recently. This upgrade will also enable us to do a few
new things in the future, including a major new website
feature...more details soon.
We've

have updated our Surface

We
have revamped our entire line of sample
kits to feature more of our FMSC tooling plastics.
Plus, all kits are now under $50.
Plus,
we have added a new Cured
Cast Resin Sample Kit. This $10 kit features 12 cast
samples of Repro and FMSC Polyurethanes, ideal for evaluating
weight, feel, impact and abrasion resistance, and more.
The kit, like all of our kits, includes a copy of our video
and a $10 off coupon.
RenShape
5020 - a new lighter density styling board to go
along with RenShape 5025 & 5030. It is available
is very large sizes (4' x 8'), and machines easily to
an excellent surface finish.
Rhodia
V-330 Silicone Rubber - featuring a 30A hardness,
this material offers much greater tear strength than
its precdecessor (V-225) while being more flexible than
our popular V-340.
Synlube
1771 - a new, non-silicone paintable release agent.

We
now offer both Freeman
Wood and Plaster Sealer and Partall
PVA mold release in pint sizes. Both of these products
are featured heavily in our video library and are highly recommended
for preparing parts and molds for use with polyurethanes and
epoxies. This size allows us to ship without the $20 UPS hazardous
surcharge.
Synair
Thixotropic versions - the same great product,
but in a brushable form. This formulation an ideally inexpensive
way of creating flexible rubber molds of large masters.

Synlube 531 - wax-based aerosol release designed
for urethanes, epoxies, and polyester resins.
Araldite
Methacrylate Adhesives - formulated for easy
handling and reliable bonding of thermoplastics, composites,
and some metal.
Vilsum
Nylon Metric Vents - Metric vents are back! These
injection molded vents provide a non-stick surface combined
with the toughness of nylon. They are ideal for medium to
high pressure molding in blow squeeze machine, v-process,
and with cold box and CO2 sand systems.
