New Video - The VRM-65 Spray System

Featuring Rhodia VRM-65 thixotropic silicone rubber and a modified Micheal Engineering RamFlow dispensing machine, this video shows a unique spray system that allows for rapid, even application of silicone on larger models.

Rhodia RTV 3460 is an improved version of the popular V-360, featuring improved tear strength, excellent dimensional stability in high pressure applications, quick demold, and improved release characteristics for long mold life.

Like V-360, RTV 3460 is a two component, addition cure, room temperature curing, 60 Shore A silicone rubber. It is designed for the prototype and architectural industries where urethane elastomers and foams are commonly used.

We have expanded our offering of Ventistamp Zanatta Core Vents, the self-cleaning, very high-quality investment cast corevents designed for maximum durability and performance.

Freeman is now carrying Cast Urethane Gating Components, a complete line of pouring basins, sprue pins, basin liners, vent pins, and runner bars, all cast from Dike-o-seal's exclusive "ABRA-SHUN"® polyurethane.

We went back and renegotiated our pricing structure to provide you the best value in the
industry. As a result, many of our abrasives, including our premium 3M abrasives, are now 25-45% lower!

F-Bond Infiltrants are single component, ethoxyethy-based cyanoacrylate adhesives that are ideally suited for providing strength, durability, and enhanced surface quality to models from 3-D printers.

V-3038 is an alternative hardener to our popular Rhodia V-3040 clear silicone rubber that features a "self bleed" additive to aid in part demolding and improve the polyurethane resistance of this rubber for a longer mold life.
