Mandrels for Cartridge Rolls
|
This steel adaptor is used to secure and hold both tapered and parallel sided cartridge rolls to air grinders or electric drills. This holder is used by sliding the cartridge roll onto the mandrel pilot until the bottom of the abrasive touches the threaded steel area. Simply screw the cartridge roll onto the threads to secure.
Because of the variety of diameters and lengths of the cartridge rolls, use the chart below to select the proper mandrel.
Your mandrel should be at least 1/4" shorter than your cartridge roll. For proper diameter sizing, reference the table below:
