Partall Film #10
Recommended application procedure is apply wax, then PVA Mold Release then wax again.
PVA is water soluble, so following the use of this release procedure, wash the resulting mold surface using warm water to remove the residual PVA and dry completely.
Caution: When pouring a part from the completed mold where PVA was used as a release agent, DO NOT use PVA again. Possible sticking of the part may occur.
To properly release from a mold where PVA was used as a part of the release procedure, apply 3 coats of wax release only, wiping the excess between coats.
Partall Film #10 is now offered in a single pint can for those who require only a small amount of material and want to avoid the hazardous shipping charges accrued by ordering a gallon size.
