Static Mix Nozzles
Round 50ml static mix nozzles are the most widely used throughout the industry. They are used for effective and complete mixing of most all 50 ml adhesive cartridges. They are 5-7/8" in overall length and have a .250" inside diameter with 21 elements.
Square 50ml static mix nozzles are the suggested mix nozzle for all Adhesive System, Inc. (ASI) and Huntsman 50 ml adhesive cartridges. Its patented square design provides superior mixing performance, while being about two-thirds the length of round spiral mixers. This design results in less adhesive waste, while ensuring consistent, high quality mixing. This nozzle fits nearly all 50 ml adhesive cartridges due to the bell design. They are 4.03" in overall length with 20 elements per nozzle and an element width of .203".
Mini 50ml static mix nozzles are used to minimize adhesive waste to the greater degree when using 50 ml cartridges. This nozzle is only suitable for lower viscosity adhesives and testing should be conducted to ensure thorough mixing and proper dispensing. With a .125 inside diameter and 17 elements, they are round in design and feature a 2.5 inch overall length.
415800 is square in design for superior mixing and integral threads that eliminate the need for an individual retaining nut. This mixer has 24 elements, static mixing length of 5 inches, and overall length of 6.8 inches.
056487 is round in design and does require the individual retaining nut to secure the mixer to the cartridge. This design has 24 elements, and inside diameter of 0.375 inches, static mixing length of 9.5 inches, and an overall length of 10.75 inches.
