Airtech Ultraweave Breathers & Bleeders

Nylon breathers for maximum airflow under a vacuum bag in the autoclave. Nylon breathers do not soften, like polyester, which starts to restrict airflow at 250°F (120°C). Various deniers (linear mass densities) and weights are available, and may be slit to any width. All Ultraweave® products are fire retardant.

Ultraweave 606 is a white nylon fiber with a 6 oz./yd.2 weight and a 450°F temperature resistance. This product is light in weight yet conformable and replaces most 10 oz. polyester breathers, reducing back pressure and porosity.

Ultraweave 1032 is a heavier 10 oz./yd.2 white nylon fiber breather that will work in most any autoclave cure. 450°F temperature resistance.

Ultraweave 1332 is an even heavier 13 oz./yd.2 white nylon fiber breather that is specifically designed for high temperature and high pressure autoclave cures. 450°F temperature resistance.
