Repro Light is a versatile, castable urethane that is approximately half the weight of our other Repro products. This material, which is colored brown, can be used for lightweight tools, backfill applications, architectural replication, and as an adhesive for many urethane tooling boards. Its hardness and color are an almost exact match to some Freeman Modeling Boards. This material also offers lower internal porosity compared to competitive products. Repro Light offers easy machinability and can be readily worked and carved with hand tools. Its low viscosity ensures easy pouring and excellent surface reproduction.
