A unique castable urethane, Repro Ultra Light is a very low-density, syntactic polyurethane casting resin designed for weight critical applications and easy machinability with hand tools or CNC machining equipment. A longer work time allows for large, accurate castings. The cream-colored formulation is tintable and machinable. Like Repro Light, this material offers a low internal porosity, which produces excellent machined surface finish. Repro Ultra Light is also an excellent choice to use as a hardness-matched adhesive for CORAFOAM urethane foam boards.
