    • Produced using permanent mold casting methods for maximum hardness, minimum deflection, maximum wear resistance, and longer life. These plates feature:
    • Only certified aluminum used on all plates.
    • Flat, parallel and uniform thickness.
    • Uniform density for maximum machinability.
    • Offset design provides a large area of sand registration for proper mold alignment
    • Flatness tolerance of +/- .030"
    SKU #259109 is cast using the permanent mold process, then all surfaces are completely machined for superior accuracy. 2" offset for maximum "sand registration". Additional Offset Plates can be found on our closeout list.

    Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

    Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.

    International orders: subject to a $250 minimum.

    HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

    HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

    HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

    FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
