    • Freeman-Palmer Flat Aluminum Pattern Plates are available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" thicknesses in popular flask sizes. These Plates are available for standard and automatic molding machine applications.

    Flat Aluminum Plates are precision ground to +/- .005" thickness tolerance and furnished with both faces sandblasted unless specified otherwise.

    Hunter Automatic Molding Machine Plates are furnished with slots cut in each ear and plain or drilled for mounting. Plates for other automatic molding machines on request.

    Our Freeman-Palmer Flat Aluminum Pattern Plates for non-automatic machines are designed to fit most jolt and jolt squeeze machines. These plates are cut from mic 6 tool and jig plate. Popular sizes are listed below, but many additional sizes are available. Please specify flask size when ordering.

    Note: Overall size is typically 2" wider and 7" longer than the specified flask size. Flatness tolerance of +/- .030".

    Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

    Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.

    International orders: subject to a $250 minimum.

    HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

    HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

    HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

    FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
