Freeman Match-Lok Cope & Drag Buttons

Freeman Match-Lok Buttons are a simple and economical way for eliminating mold shift on flat metal pattern plates. They are precision machined from aluminum, which assures accurate and positive matching between cope and drag halves.

Installation Instructions:
1. Drill the hole through the plate.
2. Ream the hole.
3. Counterbore the hole using the correct diameter cutter.
4. Select the proper rivet length for the thickness of the plate.
5. Place the rivet through the button and the reamed hole, with the head of the rivet on top of the button.
6. Using the staking tool, peen the portion of the rivet that extends into the counterbored area to secure it in place.

Buttons and Rivets are sold in full boxes only and prices per box.
