Halo-S Composite Tooling Board Halo-S is a USD Certified Biobased product, manufactured from polymers with high resistance to elevated temperatures. This environmentally friendly "green" material is derived from a mixture of bio-carbon and recycled plastic based polymers resulting in an optimized thermoset material for high-performance applications. In addition to standard epoxy prepreg methods, Halo-S boards can be used for direct tooling applications. Halo-S offers fine surface structure, high temperature stability, and low CTE.

Shipping Information

Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.

International orders: subject to a $250 minimum.

HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
