CORAFOAM® HPT-40 is a cost-effective, low-density foam board that is well suited to a variety of applications. Due to its excellent machinability, this material works well for the production of lightweight styling models and molds. Additionally, HPT-40 exhibits low thermal conductivity and superb insulating capabilities, making it well suited to industrial insulation applications.

Ordering Notes

  • This material is not for use with addition/platinum-cure silicone rubbers. Cure inhibition will occur, even after sealing the board. Condensation/tin-cure silicones are compatible.
  • Additional LTL freight charges may apply if a product is 8' (96") or longer

Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.
