    • Master Brass Dowels are designed to meet the patternmakers need for stronger holding power and easier insertion in both hardwood and softwood patterns.The broached pin provides more bearing surface and assures a more accurate draw. These dowels are sold both individually and in box quantities (number of sets per box listed in description).

    Advantages:
    • Threads are deep and sharp giving a tighter hold, especially in softwood
    • Precision made to close tolerances
    • Easy and positive insertion (they do not twist off in hardwood)
    • Easy removal for replacement if required

    Master Brass Dowels will be discontinued once inventory is depleted. Freeman Square-Head Brass Dowels are the alternative.

    Shipping Information

    Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

    Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.

    International orders: subject to a $250 minimum.

    HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

    HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

    HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

    FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
