Freeman Classic Clay

Freeman Classic Clay, formerly known as J-Mac, is a sulfur free, oil/wax-based sculpting clay. These clays are reusable, can be modeled by hand or machine, and do not permanently harden, allowing endless modifications. Our clays offer ultra-smooth formulation and low tack feel. Clay will not stick to your tools or fingers. Freeman Classic Clays are compatible with many silicone rubbers and polyurethane elastomers and will not cause a problem during the mold making process. Freeman Classic Clay can be melted to a pourable consistency and is great for making copies of life casts where changes are needed.

Available in Firm, Medium and Extra Soft hardnesses that each offer different characteristics needed for various projects, such as bronze sculptures, automotive designs, graphic props, and jewelry design. Available in Tan & Brown. Please note that Tan is available in Extra Soft only.

Firm: Summer formulation for smaller models requiring greater detail
Medium: Provides perfect balance of softness and firmness
Extra Soft: Winter formulation for larger sculptures. Extremely pliable and is easily scraped from molds

Clay is sold by weight in 50 lb. case quantities. Case contains (5) slabs at approximately 2" x 9" x 14".
