Master Foundry-Kote Pattern Coating

Master Foundry-Kote forms a smooth, hard film on patterns and core boxes that is water and oil resistant, and resists sand abrasion. It also protects patterns and core boxes against most no-bake binders.

Easy to apply by brushing, this self-leveling coating dries rapidly so that additional coats can be quickly applied. Adheres readily to wood, metal, plastic and most other surfaces. Foundry-Kote will not soften due to the heat of reaction from no-bake binders. It also remains stable under normal working conditions.

The chemical composition of Master Foundry-Kote will not support pigments which are used as a coloring agent in most coatings. Therefore it is only available in clear and is intended to be used as a final coat or sealer.
