Dike-O-Seal Preform Seals
Dike-O-Seal Preform Seals provide an effective seal in foundry core boxes and gassing plates.
Dike-O-Seal can be installed and secured without use of an adhesive in most cases. Corners can be machined at 45° to the intersecting grooves and this will allow the Dike-O-Seal Preform Seal to be set in the groove without cutting and bonding ends together. Available in two hardnesses of 20 and 40 Shore A.
Freeman F-Bond Adhesives are designed for bonding Dike-O-Seal Preform Seals into core box channels. These are very fast setting cyanoacrylate adhesives which allow the core box to be quickly put into production.
